Dr. Liz Atkinson Garza is a board-certified dermatologist with extensive experience in medical and surgical dermatology. She provides comprehensive care for conditions of the skin, hair, and nails, with a particular focus on the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of skin cancer. Dr. Garza has proudly served the San Antonio community and surrounding areas since 1993. Her formal education and training include:
